How much will residence and my meal plan cost?
You can estimate your budget for your first year based on our 2025-2026 fees for residence and meal plans. Please note that residence students are required to have an all-access meal plan.
Residence fees for 2025-2026
Living in residence mean we take care of the bills for you!
Fees cover services such as utilities, housekeeping, building maintenance, laundry, hi-speed internet, phone, and mini fridge. Your accommodation fee also covers the social and civic support provided by residence dons, assistants, and academic mentors.
These fees are for a full academic year, and are mandatory.

Meal plan fees for 2025-2026
91·ðÒ¯ has a single, unlimited plan to ensure flexibility and convenience for any schedule. Residence students are required to have an all-access meal plan.
Our unlimited, all-access meal plan provides convenience and flexibility to meet every schedule and ensure that students enjoy a well-balanced diet.
The all-access meal plan gives you access to the dining hall anytime during open hours, seven days a week.
